Paul is a solicitor who specialises in providing corporate and general commercial advice to a number of public and private clients on a wide range of matters including mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings and other capital raisings, property law and a variety of Corporations Act and Listing Rules compliance matters.

Prior to establishing his own law practice, Paul gained extensive experience in areas of business management, commercial litigation and property law and was part of the mergers and acquisitions team of a large national law firm.

Paul is also  a Director of Indago Resources Limited.
